What this site keeps, where its data comes from, and how to get yours removed.

Who runs this site
FaceitRank is the site at faceitrank.com. It shows CS2 stats for FACEIT players. We are not affiliated with FACEIT, Valve or Twitch, and none of them endorse the site.
Write to privacy@faceitrank.com about anything on this page. For everything else, contact@faceitrank.com is the address.
Where the player data comes from
Profiles, matches, ELO and the leaderboards come from FACEIT. Pro player careers come from Liquipedia under CC BY-SA 3.0. Whether a pro is live on Twitch comes from the Twitch API.
All of it is data those players published on FACEIT, Liquipedia or Twitch themselves. We add nothing private to it.
What you type into the search box is used to find the FACEIT account and is not stored.
If you are a player and you want your profile left out, write to privacy@faceitrank.com with your FACEIT nickname.
Visits and profile views
When you open a page, the site notes it, and a player profile also counts one view. To tell a returning browser from a new one, the site sets a cookie with a random id. The id is not built from your IP address or your browser, and it is the only thing that ties one visit to the next. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a cookie banner lets you turn this off: press Decline and nothing more is counted and the cookie is removed.
Under that id we keep which pages and profiles were opened and when, which players were looked up together on the compare, have we met and who carried tools, the approximate location and network of the connection, the browser and device type, the language, and the page that linked here. If you marked a FACEIT profile as your own, that is noted too.
We do not store your IP address. The list of pages is deleted after 30 days. Other records not seen for 90 days are deleted.
These counts are for the site owner's own statistics. They are never sold, never shared with anyone, and never used for advertising.
Bot protection
To keep scrapers from overloading the site, a second cookie shows that this browser passed an automatic check by Cloudflare Turnstile. It holds a random id, when it was issued, and the network and country it was issued on, signed so it cannot be faked. It is used for nothing else and never counted or shown anywhere. The site needs it to work, so it is set without asking. It is renewed while you use the site and lapses 30 days after your last visit.
Each browser with this cookie can ask for a limited number of pages and exact elo reads a minute, far above what a person uses.
The check is run by Cloudflare under the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Your cookie choices
You can change your answer about the statistics cookie at any time.
What stays in your browser
Your favorites, the profile you marked as yours, your language, light or dark mode and your filter choices are kept in your browser only. They never reach our server, except the marked profile, which the page sends so it can show your own profile in the nav.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare serves every request, so it sees your IP address the way any host does, and it runs its own traffic analytics and bot checks under its own terms.
Images from other sites
Player pictures load from FACEIT and streamer pictures from Twitch, so those servers see your IP address, as with any image on the web. There are no ads, no trackers and no analytics scripts from anyone else.
What you can ask for
Write to privacy@faceitrank.com to ask what is kept about your browser, or to have it deleted. Include the id from the site's cookie, since that is the only way to find your records. For a player profile, the FACEIT nickname is enough.
You can also clear it yourself. Clearing site data for faceitrank.com removes the cookie and the browser storage. The record on the server is deleted 90 days after its last view.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
